This is a music video about hard work, patience and spirituality. It is sung in Kan-kana-ey, a dialect in Benguet, Philippines.

Many parts of Benguet are farming areas. They supply about 80% of the vegetable needs of Manila.

The title "Man-an anus ka" means "have patience".
