DSWD-CAR and indy films

I just find it interesting that DSWD-CAR is venturing into indy film.  I think this is just a preview and I am looking for the full length version.  I know that this is the brain-child of Ardee - a talented social marketing office at DSWD-CAR .

I think their Social Marketing Unit is looking at venturing into this medium.
