Great news from DSWD-CAR

I try to check on what is going on with DSWD-CAR but I have been out of the loop for sometime that I missed this story - Anonymous donor gives e-media set to DSWD children.

We have visited these children and I have taken my family to spend time with them.  Their stories are really heart-wrenching but I saw strength in their eyes and I know that with the right intervention they would turn out to be great kids.  A shout-out to the staff of the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) for their great work!
